All sales are final.

1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold by Absoluts are digital. They are supplied either as downloadable files (such as LUTs, PowerGrades, and Overlays) or as web-based applications accessed through a private URL (such as iFrames). Due to the intangible nature of digital products and digital services, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. All Sales Are Final
Given the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been made, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property contained within our products.

3. Web-Based Products and Applications
Certain Absoluts products are not delivered as downloadable files but as web-based applications hosted on our domain and accessed through a dedicated URL provided to you at the time of purchase (for example, iFrames).

For these products, delivery is considered complete and irreversible at the moment the access link is delivered to you and/or first accessed. Once the access URL has been communicated, it cannot be retrieved, revoked, or returned: the link may be saved, bookmarked, or stored indefinitely by the purchaser. For this reason, web-based products are treated identically to downloadable digital products under this policy, and all sales are final.

By purchasing a web-based product, you acknowledge that:

  • Access is granted immediately upon purchase and constitutes full delivery of the product;
  • The access URL is permanent and cannot be returned or surrendered;
  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once the access link has been delivered;
  • Free public demonstrations of our web applications are available before purchase, and you are responsible for verifying that the product meets your needs prior to buying.

4. Product Issues
If you encounter any issues with your purchase, such as a corrupted file or download problems, please contact our customer support at info@absoluts-store.com. We'll do our utmost to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Product Compatibility
Ensure that your software and hardware meet the requirements stated in our product descriptions. If you're unsure about compatibility, we encourage you to reach out to our team before making a purchase.

6. User Responsibility
It's crucial to understand the usage of LUTs and ensure your footage is filmed in the recommended log profile for the best results. Absoluts will not be responsible for unsatisfactory results due to the incorrect application of our products or the use of footage not filmed in the proper profile.

7. Updates and Changes
Absoluts reserves the right to make updates to our return policy. Any modifications will be communicated on this page, so we recommend reviewing it periodically.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase on Absoluts, you acknowledge that all products are digital goods delivered instantly and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable as stated in this policy. Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated after successful delivery of the digital product will be formally contested with evidence of:

    • Completed purchase transaction;
    • For downloadable products: successful delivery and download access log (IP and timestamp);
    • For web-based products: delivery of the access URL and application access log (IP and timestamp);
    • Acceptance of these terms by execution of the download or by accessing the web application.

9. EU Right of Withdrawal Exception
In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun. In accordance with Article 16(a) of the same Directive, the right of withdrawal is likewise lost for services that have been fully performed, where performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost.

By completing your purchase and subsequently clicking the download link, accessing or downloading any digital product, or accessing any web-based application (such as LUTs, PowerGrades, Overlays, or iFrames) sold by Absoluts:

  1. You expressly request and consent to the immediate performance of the contract.
  2. You acknowledge and agree that the moment you initiate the download, access the digital file, or access the web application via the URL provided, performance is complete and you permanently lose and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

If you do not intend to waive your right of withdrawal, you must not click the download link, access the digital assets, or open the web application access URL, and you must contact support immediately before any digital delivery occurs.
