By purchasing or downloading any product from Absoluts S.R.L., you do not acquire ownership, but a limited, non-transferable license to use the product as outlined in our License Agreement.

3. Enforcement and Legal Action

We actively monitor the internet and digital platforms for:

  • Unlawful sharing or selling of our products,

  • Use of our files in unauthorized commercial products,

  • Or any form of piracy.

In the event of a violation, Absoluts will take immediate legal action, including but not limited to:

  • Filing DMCA takedown notices with hosting providers, marketplaces, and platforms,

  • Issuing cease and desist letters,

  • Pursuing legal claims for damages (civil and, where applicable, criminal),

  • Seeking injunctive relief and monetary compensation.

We also reserve the right to ban and block access to any user found in violation of this policy, without notice or refund.

4. Consequences of Violation

Violating our intellectual property rights can result in:

  • Substantial civil fines,

  • Legal fees and damages,

  • Account termination and exclusion from future purchases,

  • And, in some cases, criminal prosecution.
